Yes! Turner Motorsport ships internationally. You may select your country in the shopping cart and enter your postal code to see a quote, including shipping. All prices are in USD.

What currency are prices listed in?

All prices on Turner Motorsport are listed in United States Dollar (USD).

Do international shipments include duty and taxes?

Turner Motorsport currently offers only one shipping option to Canada that includes duty/taxes, listed in our shipping options as "International - Duties/Taxes Included".

Can I modify an order that has not shipped?

Most orders can be modified up until the order has been processed by our distribution center or drop shipper. Eligible orders can have items removed or can be canceled directly from your account, or by clicking the "Order Status Lookup, Order Cancellations or Edits" option below.

I have a question about the Lifetime Return Program.

How do I return an item?

You may initiate a return for any issue by clicking the "Returns" button below. This would be the best choice when returning items that are no-longer needed, ordered incorrectly, shipping errors or any other reason outside of the Lifetime Replacement Program.

How to determine if a product fits my car.

Turner Motorsport offers several tools to provide our customers the comfort in ordering the correct product for their vehicle. It is best to select your vehicle prior to shopping which will allow us to present you the items which we know will fit.

What is Extend Shipping Protection?

Turner Motorsport has partnered with Extend to offer shipping protection for orders placed directly through our website. This service coverage is only available through self-checkout.
After approval, if your package is lost or stolen, you may receive a gift card for the value of the product (plus shipping costs and taxes) so you can order a replacement. If your product arrives damaged and depending on the level of damage, a full or partial refund via a gift card may be provided or the product may be repaired. In some instances, a replacement may be shipped directly to you.

I can't remember if I purchased shipping protection with my order. How can I check?

If you purchased shipping protection with your order, you'll see it listed on your order and shipping confirmation emails. Extend will also send you a confirmation email directly. You can log into your account on turnermotorsport.com, visit "Order History", and look into your order details. If you added shipping protection to an order, you'll find it listed with the items shipped to you.

When does my Shipping protection start and end?

Shipping protection starts once the package is shipped and ends when the package is in your hands, or once the issue is resolved.

How do I file a shipping protection claim?

It's simple! Contact Extend online 24/7. Most issues are resolved in minutes and after approval, Extend will send you all the details to resolve your issue.

When can I file a shipping protection claim?

If your package arrives damaged, you can file a claim as soon as it's delivered. If your package is lost or stolen, please wait until 5 days after your estimated delivery date.

What information do I need to file a shipping protection claim?

Extend will ask you whether the item(s) were lost, stolen, or damaged. They may ask you for more details and documents, including:

  1. Photos of the damaged items, packages, or packing material
  2. A police report or video surveillance footage

If you aren't able to provide these documents within 30 days, your claim may be denied.

Can I cancel my shipping protection?

We do our best to accommodate cancellations, but we may only be able to do so if the order has not yet been packed or shipped. In many cases, this happens within hours of an order being placed, so please contact us immediately.
