01 PLACE YOUR ORDER:

To participate in the Lifetime Replacement Program ("PROGRAM"), the
parts you are looking to replace must have been purchased from Turner
Motorsport after 6/1/2023 ("Qualifying Parts"). There is no time limit
on when you can use the Lifetime Replacement Program, so go enjoy
some worry-free motoring with your new parts!

02 Start the Lifetime
Replacement Returns Process:

If you need to replace your Qualifying Parts, we make
it easy! Simply purchase your replacement order by signing
into your Turner Motorsport account to view your order
history and click the "Redeem Lifetime Replacement" button
next to the qualifying order to begin! We will automatically
create and email a return authorization number ("RMA") for
your qualifying order once the replacement order ships.

03 SEND THE PARTS BACK TO US:

Once you get the replacement order, just (1) place the
old Qualifying Parts in the same box that your replacement
order came in, (2) place your RMA form in that same box,
and (3) ship the box back to us. If we receive any parts
that are not Qualifying Parts (e.g., parts that were not
purchased from us, different parts, parts purchased before
6/1/2023, etc.), we will dispose of them and not process your return.

04 GET YOUR TURNER REWARDS:

Once your return is received and processed, we'll issue
1 Turner Rewards Point to your account for every 1 dollar
of the purchase price you paid for the initial order of
Qualifying Parts, less taxes and shipping. You will receive
an email notification once the Turner Rewards Points have
been applied to your account. You may use Turner Rewards
Points on a future order.

Do I have to purchase a replacement first?

Yes, you must purchase your replacement item from your order history by selecting "Redeem Lifetime Replacement" and once your new order ships we will automatically generate your RMA form tied to your original Qualifying Parts.


Can I return a Lifetime Replacement component I no longer need?

No, if you placed a Lifetime Replacement order which you no longer need, you may not return the item for a refund. You can only replace it under the Program.


If I'm making a regular return for something I no longer need, damaged in shipping, labeled incorrectly, or a defective item should I use the Lifetime Replacement Program?

If you want to return an item within 90 days of the shipped date, your should still use the regular return process from the Customer Service drop down menu on the top right of our webpage. That way you receive a refund instead of Lifetime Replacement Credits, once your return is processed. For more info on our returns process click here.


How do I package my return?

You will use the same packaging from your new replacement item to send the old item back to us. To ensure the safe return of the product and maintain its original packaging, it is important to properly package your return inside another box to protect from any damage during transportation.


How do I send my old item back?

All returned items must be accompanied by the approved RMA form and sent back to our return address on the RMA form. You may use any shipping method that you prefer.


The item I need to replace is no longer available, what do I do?

Cars get old and suppliers sometimes stop making items! In these situations, please call customer service before ordering a replacement item. We will do our best to get you a similar replacement item to keep your car on the road! In the unlikely event we can't find a similar replacement, we will issue Turner Rewards Points so you can purchase a different aftermarket option, but this will be up to the discretion of our customer service team on a case-by-case basis.


Are parts involved in car accidents covered?

Sorry, we will not cover any part that has been involved in an accident or collision.


I ordered a kit of parts, but only one component has failed. What should I reorder and send back?

In this type of situation, just reorder the component that failed - you do NOT need to reorder the whole kit. If you have any questions on this, feel free to work with our customer service team before you order!


My item that I am replacing has multiple items in the box, do I need to return all of it?

Yes, please plan on returning the same number of items (nuts, bolts, gaskets, etc.) that were shipped to you in your replacement order. Failure to do so may be qualified as abuse and disqualify you from the program.


How does the Lifetime Replacement Program affect my product warranty?

The Program and your manufacturer's product warranty are completely separate, and one does not change, replace, or affect the terms of the other.


Can wholesale accounts participate in the Lifetime Replacement Program?

At this time, wholesale accounts are excluded from the Program. However, wholesale accounts are covered by an industry leading 3 year product warranty.


What are the terms and conditions of using my Turner Rewards Points?

Your promotional Turner Reward Points are valid for 2 years after issuance online at turnermotorsport.com. Purchase amount is calculated pre-tax and excludes purchases of gift cards, and shipping & handling. One bulk Rewards Points redemption per transaction. Rewards Points must be presented at time of online purchase. Rewards Points are non-transferable and are not for resale. One time use only. Discount will be applied at checkout to all eligible items and will be deducted upon return of any item to which the discount was applied. Not redeemable for cash, credit or refund. If I bought a kit at a discount but only need to replace an individual component from the kit, how will my Rewards Points be processed?

When replacing an individual component from a kit, you will receive Rewards Points matching the current retail price you paid for the replacement order.
